Great price. Great product. Works like a charm.
I got 2 dell laptops and both work with my new adapter.

The product works fine. However, I paid $12.99 for expedited shipping as my daughter needed it immediately at college and it took over 2 weeks for her to receive it. Meanwhile, she had to use her roommate’s computer, when she was finished, to do her homework. She was not happy. So, I was not happy. The company did refund the expedited shipping cost.

The seller described in the product details the item well. The only complaint I have, which I am just going to swap it for the one i am borrowing, is that it will interfere with ham equipment. My dad is a Ham op and he says it almost doubled the interference on his ham radio. The one I am borrowing does not. If you dont mind some RF interference then grab this cheap replacement, otherwise you will need to fork out some extra $$$ for the HA65NS2-00. If you do need the HA65 make sure its RevA01 and Family PA-12. Also buy the same voltage for your laptop as it requires. More or less voltage will only keep laptop on without charging. I upgraded to the 95 voltage model and it would not charge my batteries.
This did the trick just fine for me, but the interference problem. Also its safe around AM/FM radios and those freqs

I purchased this product but m not happy with it at all..the two joints at adapter doesn’t hold each other very well so you keep loosing power again and again. Most important thing is that this is not an original dell product..just like a duplicated product.

I bought this without checking the reviews and wish I had. This is not strong enough to charge a laptop battery. It is supposedly 3.4 amps with 19.5 volts. I checked the output with my multimeter and it was slightly lower voltage and 3 amps (less than 60W). It worked at first, but no longer is sufficient to charge the battery, so it just keeps the computer on… Also – you have to jiggle it to make it connect sometimes. Don’t get suckered in to getting the cheaper cable.
